Written and produced by Shakira with co-composer Luis Fernando Ochoa and additional production by Lester Mendez, it explores the theme of female intuition. The song was particularly successful in Spain, where it topped the Airplay chart and achieved top ten positions on the Downloads and Original Tones charts. It earned a five-times Platinum certification for selling 100,000 ringtones and was named the song of the summer in 2007 in Spain. It also charted in Russia and Venezuela.
